In Memoriam

Well I'm back and I have heard some devastating news. Gerry Thomas has passed away. This great man lived to be 83 and is survived by his remarkable creation, which has inspired millions, the TV Dinner. The notable TV Dinner has helped civilize the known world since the 1950s. Some say it was responsible for bringing an end to the cold war. Although the brilliant Gerry Thomas has passed, his work still continues today. With people around the world are getting their first taste of freedom and civility. It taste like, like Salisbury steak. I have nothing but enormous respect for this dazzling man as the TV Dinner has been a staple in my diet for most if not all of my life. The outstanding TV Dinner has not only been a great meal waiting for my hungry fingers to open up, but a good companion who has stuck with me thru thick and thin. When in college with no money who was there to help me survive with a balanced meal? Five for a dollar TV Dinners. Now that I'm a single and financial responsible adult, who shares my television programming taste or offers advice? Hungry Man TV Dinners that's who. With many more flavors then there are colors in the rainbow the incredible TV Dinner has come to mean joy and happens to billions of people around the globe. So whether you are in China, Japan, Germany, Russia, here in the United States, or even Iraq there is one thing we all have in common the shared love for Gerry's brilliant idea. So today when you are setting around with your friends, coworkers, or that hot member of the opposite sex you have been meaning to talk too; strike up a conversation that would have made Gerry proud. What is your favorite TV Dinner?
